The Big Christmas Lights Switch On
We designed and managed the build of a Winter Love Shack, a stage from which we could entertain the local community that gathered for the The Big Christmas Lights Switch On of East Village's 'Frozen Trees' – a forest of 14 giant cylinders designed by Portuguese designers LIKE Architects. The Winter Love Shack had a sound system, lighting rig and chimney to let out red smoke flares, and a wall to project the lyrics onto so all spectators could sing along with our 10-piece gospel choir. Our engaging comperes kept the crowd amused and the choir brought the house down with a rousing rendition of ‘12 Days of Christmas’.
